Factory Maintenance Service for UPS Units from APC and MGE
APC maintenance for the complete line of three phase Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) units is a special service provided by IIS Group to all of its present and former customers, and other owners of these units. Our dedicated maintenance specialists will assess your needs, and take you through the entire process — from site visits if needed to scheduling to completion of certification and preventive maintenance visits.
APC maintenance plans can be configured to meet your requirements for cost and response time. Our staff will coordinate the scheduling of on-site visits, and we will work with the manufacturer on any issues that may arise.
All technical service work on your APC or MGE equipment is performed by field service engineers trained and certified by APC. They arrive at your facility with extensive experience working on the types of equipment our customers have deployed. They have access to the manufacturer’s support and engineering services to help them to address any and all issues.
With a sound maintenance contract in place, you have taken the most important step in insuring that the critical equipment you purchased is there to provide power to your facility whenever backup is needed.
GE UPS Maintenance and Repair Services
GE manufactures an extensive line of UPS units. These products have outstanding features and will provide many years of steady operation, provided they are checked and maintained on a regular basis. The dedicated maintenance team at IIS Group can evaluate the GE UPS equipment you have on site and help you to undertake a sound program for your ongoing GE UPS maintenance needs. We will assess the equipment you have in operation, and provide price quotations and the appropriate agreements and documentation. We will coordinate all necessary site visits by factory trained service personnel who will carry out the maintenance you have contracted for, including any follow-up work that may be required.
With GE UPS units, you have the option to contract for maintenance on a one time basis, or pursuant to an annual maintenance agreement. The on site technical work performed in either case includes a battery inspection and checks of all the critical systems in your UPS unit. This includes testing and adjusting as needed all pertinent components: fans, breakers, rectifiers, inverters, static switches, and power supplies.

First, our parts specialist will talk to you live and help you to identify the correct part to procure to complete the pending work. We will make the calls to the manufacturer to identify and source the correct part. Second, we offer a range of delivery options depending on your need. Where a critical repair is pending, we can get parts to you overnight, as long as they are in stock. And we know where to look, even for older out-of-production equipment.
