December 15, 2011 Fort Washington, PA: The ISS Group today announced the purchase of the retail account base of Starview Solutions of Texas. With this transaction, IIS Group, LLC furthers  its leadership in the next generation communications field by increasing its retail customer base substantially and widening its geographic reach to one that now includes 44 states.  For Starview Solutions, this transaction will enable the company to turn all its focus to supporting the service provider community.

As part of the  transaction, Starview will become IIS’s primary provider of origination and termination services. Additionally, both parties have planned for a seamless transition:

• Starview’s retail customers will continue to receive the same communications services as they have from Starview, with ongoing professional support from the IIS team.
• Customers can now take advantage of a wide array of new Broadsoft products and services, offered by IIS.
• StarView’s agents and resellers will continue to be awarded generous commissions and profits through IIS Group’s Partner pricing program.
